How long does shipping take?
La livraison en France métropolitaine prend généralement entre 2 et 4 jours ouvrés après l’expédition de votre commande.
Une fois votre commande validée, nous la préparons sous 24 à 48 heures, puis elle est prise en charge par Colissimo (La Poste).
Vous recevrez un e-mail de confirmation avec votre numéro de suivi Colissimo dès que votre colis est expédié.
Pour l’Europe, le délai moyen est de 3 à 7 jours ouvrés, selon la destination.

- Processing time: 24 to 48 hours after your order is confirmed
- Delivery time: 2 to 4 business days once the parcel is shipped
- Tracking: You’ll receive an email with your Colissimo tracking number as soon as your package is dispatched.
🇪🇺 Shipping within the European Union
- Delivery time: 3 to 7 business days depending on destination
- Tracking: Full tracking available for all EU orders
How can I track my order?
We will send you a tracking number to your email once your package has been shipped. Please track your order using our tracking page.
Will I pay customs?
In most cases, you will not be charged any customs fees. However, customs charges are out of our control and are dependent on the local government. If your order is subject to customs charges, you will be responsible to pay them.
